Skin Care Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfy with your purchase by any reason please contact us and we will do out best to assist you with return, refund or exchange.
Kindly note, products purchased in-studio can be return for a full refund within 14 days of purchase or exchange within 30 days of purchase if items are closed and package remain as new. Open items cannot be return or exchanged. Please keep your receipt of purchase. All returns and or exchanges are subject to validation and approval by Meital Studios representative.
Refund will be made at the same method of payment as purchased, if a payment made by a credit card in-studio you will receive a refund by a credit card in-studio.
Products can be return only in-studio.
If a payment made by PayBright and a refund is made within 14 days of purchased you will receive a full refund to your PayBright account and the amount and length of your PayBright payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.
Adverse Reaction to Products.
In order to assure that our natural skin care line customized best for your skin type it is suggested that you consult our medical aestheticians prior to purchase a product. If you experience a reaction to one of our products please contact us so we can analyze your reaction and best help you with exchange to the right item.
Treatment and Services Return and Exchange Policy
Treatments purchased can be refunded for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no partial or full treatment initiated. We are happy to exchange a treatment for service that was not initiated with another treatment or issue a store credit to be used for our skin care products. Exchange can be apply only one time. Packages are non refundable once initiated.
We are happy to reschedule your appointment if needed, kindly contact us within 48 hours prior your appointment to avoid $50 cancelation fee.
