RF (RADIO FREQUENCY) PROCEDURE

THERMAL TISSUE REMODELING: PRE CARE PROTOCOL

The following guidelines are strictly for the Thermal Tissue Remodeling phase of your treatment. This session utilizes concentrated thermal energy to stimulate dermal contraction and collagen synthesis. Strict adherence to these protocols ensures optimal conductivity during the session and protects the regenerative cascade afterward.

PRE-PROCEDURE: PREPARING THE CELLULAR ENVIRONMENT

  • Cellular Hydration: Deep-tissue thermal energy relies entirely on adequate tissue water content to conduct safely and effectively. You must significantly increase your water intake from 48 hours before and up to your appointment. Dehydrated tissue will compromise the clinical outcome.

  • Active Ingredients: The stratum corneum (the skin's outermost barrier) must be entirely intact and uncompromised. Discontinue the use of all highly active ingredients including retinoids (Retinol, Tretinoin), AHAs, BHAs, and physical exfoliants for a strict minimum of 5 days prior to this session.

  • Sun: Avoid harsh sun exposure or tanning beds for at least 2 weeks prior. Thermal treatments cannot be performed on tissue experiencing acute UV inflammation or sunburn.

  • Injectables: Ensure no injectables (Botox) or dermal fillers have been injected into the treatment area for a minimum of 2 weeks before this session.

  • Day of Treatment: Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, heavy creams, or oils.

  • Men should shave the treatment area the morning of the appointment to ensure proper energy delivery.
